Charlie, Charlie, Charlie. Just yesterday we wrote about Charlie Sheen’s rants and it doesn’t look like he’ll quiet down any time soon. After reacting to the decision to suspend Two and a Half Men for the remainder of the season, he opened up about an upcoming deal with HBO. Although Charlie’s currently the highest paid actor in TV raking in $2 million an episode, the stakes just got higher — he’ll earn an astounding $5 million per episode!
Charlie called the CBS decision “crazy” and “sad” and indicated he’s moving to HBO for a half-hour show, Sheen’s Corner. In an exclusive interview Charlie told RadarOnline, “It will be epic, all types of guests and we will focus on the truth and the absurd!”
Although HBO could not be reached for comment by Radar Online, CBS has released this statement: “Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of Two And A Half Men for the remainder of the season.”
In response to the decision Charlie fired back: “What does this say about Haim Levine [Chuck Lorrie] after he tried to use his words to judge and attempt to degrade me. I gracefully ignored this folly for 177 shows … I fire back once and this contaminated little maggot can’t handle my power and can’t handle the truth. I wish him nothing but pain in his silly travels especially if they wind up in my octagon. Clearly I have defeated this earthworm with my words — imagine what I would have done with my fire breathing fists. I urge all my beautiful and loyal fans who embraced this show for almost a decade to walk with me side-by-side as we march up the steps of justice to right this unconscionable wrong.”
A rather talkative Charlie also commented on an upcoming drug test this Monday. He accepted a challenge to prove that he’s sober and what better way to do it than get tested! He added, “I’m so confident where I am at and that these faceless names can’t touch me…I know that I will pass the test and prove my detractors wrong.”
