The story of British reality TV star Jade Goody has touched the hearts of everyone who's heard it. After appearing on the hit UK show Big Brother in 2002, Jade became an overnight superstar in her native country for her larger-than-life personality and outspoken views.

Then came the crushing blow: In Aug. 2008, Jade, the mother of two young sons, Bobby, 5, and Freddy, 4, with ex-boyfriend Jeff Brazier, was diagnosed with cervical cancer and then, only weeks ago, she learned the cancer had spread to her groin, liver and bowel and that she had as few as eight weeks to live.

In a boldly romantic gesture, Jade's boyfriend Jack Tweed immediately proposed on the banks of the River Thames in London near the hospital where she was being treated.

"I was so happy when Jack proposed," Jade, who has lost all her hair as a result of her chemotherapy treatment, told OK!. "For that split second, I forgot all about the cancer, forgot all about the pain."

The couple rushed ahead with a fairy-tale wedding at the 16th-century Down Hall Country House Hotel near London, and only OK! was there to bring you all the exclusive photos and details.

The bride wore a simple but elegant $8,000 Manuel Moto bridal gown — a gift from Harrods store boss Mohamed Al Fayed — and Jack chose a classic coat and tails from Armani two match the suits worn by Bobby and Freddie.

The 21-year-old groom was the first to arrive at the ceremony, rolling up in a Rolls Royce, while Jade showed up a few minutes later — by helicopter!

Following the ceremony, Jade put the joyous day in perspective: "I've had the happiest day of my life," She exclaimed. "Now I'm ready to go to heaven."
