She's no more Miss. Nice Girl. Not that Piper Perabo's character Annie Walker could be sugary sweet in all her dangerous and stressful career missions—her wardrobe just didn't always speak for it. In the final six episodes of Covert Affairs airing this Thursday, October 17th at 10 p.m/9 C.T. on USA, Annie Walker gets a makeover—an edgy, "tomboy chic" one at that. That's how costume designer Trysha Bakker describes the celebs major wardrobe switch-up from blonde babe to rocker brunette, obviously still a babe.

OK! Magazine: How is Piper's look different this season than last?

Trysha Bakker: Last year she was sleek and chic—all curvy and nipped in at the waist and legs forever. Her colors were navy, black, and grey, but we used a lot more color on her—cobalt blues, coral, and jade green. Although we started off the year with this look, as events have unfolded, her look is darker. I would call it more tomboy chic. Her colors are more subdued—navy, black, grey, white, and sometimes with a shot of red. She has a lot of action, and her clothes are functional but still with a lot of personal style. And Annie Walker has style.

OK!: What was your inspiration behind creating the new aesthetic?

TB: Piper and I looked at a  lot of pictures of Carine Roitfeld, as well as the danish model Freja Beha Erichsen. She's a mix of the two.

OK!: What else will be seeing fashion-wise on the show?

TB: Isabel Marant, Gucci, Burberry, Club Monaco, Prada, Roland Mouret, All Saints, Aritzia, Wilfred, Fiorentini-Baker, Rag and Bone, Citizens, James Perse, J-Brand, Diesel, The Row,  G Star, Adidas Y3,  Helmut Lang, Theory, Jimmy Choo, and, of course, Louboutin. All of these mixed together. Sometimes it's the simplest t-shirt with a cool, flowing jacket, skinny jeans, and boots.

OK!: What are your tips for fans wanted to dress as Piper for Halloween?

TB: If you want to be the Annie of old, you could do a pencil skirt, a silk shirt unbuttoned three buttons, and a pair of Louboutins. If you want to be the new Annie, you could get a great biker jacket, cool T-shirt, jeans, and biker boots. Either way you'll turn heads!
