The fashion powerhouse left £50,000 to his dogs which equates to approximately $82,000 American dollars, as reported by the BBC (via E! News). It’s only fitting actually based on a magazine interview two years ago when he told Arena Homme+, “My dogs are the only thing in the world I really trust.”
The animal lover didn’t just stop there. He bequeathed £100,000 (about $164,000) each to four charities such as Battersea Dogs and Cats Home and the Blue Cross animal welfare charity.
The home’s legacy manager told the BBC the money was “a lovely surprise” from “a devoted animal lover.” The Blue Cross chief executive added that the generous donation was “a touching tribute” and highlighted his “obvious love for his dogs.”
