Amy had a very close relationship with her grandmother, and had her name tattooed on her arm to show her affection.

The five-time Grammy winner — who triumphed in the music industry but at the same time struggled with drug and alcohol addictions — was found dead in her bed Saturday morning, with no trace of outside substances around her.

Officials conducted an autopsy on Amy Monday, and have revealed as of now her cause of death was inconclusive.
