All together, The Biggest Loser winner John Rhode, finalists Antone Davis and Ramon Medeiros and fan faves Jessica Limpert and Becky Comet lost a total of 744 pounds! Now they're letting you in on their weight-loss secrets and how they plan to keep the pounds off.
"Ultimately, I was willing to do anything to lose the weight," winner John tells OK! exclusively about joining the show. "I thought, 'Okay, it’s going to be hard to be on TV and expose myself and be vulnerable,' but I needed it so badly that I was willing to share all my issues with America."
Now John, who started at 445 pounds and shed a total of 220 pounds, says his goal for the future is to stay motivated and determined to be in shape.
John says "time management and prioritizing" have been the toughest things to deal with at home but he adds, "When it’s time to work out, it’s time to work out. When it’s time for my family, I need to be with my family."
"I get up before 6 a.m., I go out with my running buddy, run four to six miles, and come home," John says of his daily routine. "My wife gets our younger boy off on his special needs bus, then takes off for work; I get the older boy ready for school, then take a spin class. I do the group activities my gym offers."
And Becky, who lost 88 pounds on the ranch, agrees with John's lifestyle changes, adding that dealing with temptations is the hardest part! "I think pizza [is my worst temptation]," Becky tells OK!. "If I smell it, it’s like, okay, I need to go into another room for awhile."
