Charlie Sheen may have been officially terminated from Two and a Half Men, but he will not go down without a fight. The 45-year-old actor reportedly plans to sue one of the must successful producers in Hollywood, Chuck Lorre, as well as a top tier production company, Warner Brothers Inc.

Marty Singer, Charlie’s lawyer, told TMZ, he believes Chuck is behind the move to fire his client from Two and a Half Men and that the hit CBS sitcom’s creator has interfered with Charlie’s contract.

Singer maintains that the main reason Warner Bros. axed Charlie is because he insulted Chuck, and that is no reason to fire him.

As far as Warner Bros. claiming Charlie committed “moral turpitude” by admitting to drug use, Singer was also able to justify Charlie’s case, claiming when his client was going to plead guilty to a felony last year over the domestic violence incident in Aspen involving soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller, Warner Bros. still renegotiated Charlie’s contract.

Singer also points out that Charlie isn’t only star who couldn’t get along with Chuck as Rosanne Barr and Brett Butler also had problems with the producer.

Chuck still has big pull in Hollywood as he is currently the producer of  three hit shows —  Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and Mike and Molly.
