Oh, what a night! And what a cash prize, too. Engaged lovebirds Cindy Chiang and Ernie Halvorsen were crowned the winners on last night's finale of The Amazing Race.
The couple snagged the ultimate purse, the big kahuna, the $1 million prize!
According to RadarOnline, they dashed across the finish line at Swan House in Atlanta at the end of an incredibly difficult obstacle course. How's this for a challenge? They had to land a jetliner in a flight simulator, find the house of Margaret Mitchell, author of Gone With the Wind, and also connect the dots of their 40,000 mile journey on a map above Turner Field.
Cindy tweeted: "We thank everyone for all of the love and support over the last 12 weeks!! … What a crazy ride!!"
Sandy Draghi and Jeremy Cline from California came in second place and former NFL tight end Marcus Pollard and his wife Amani placed third.
