Daniel Radcliffe has been very open and honest about his past struggle with alcohol and is now admitting that he was "still drunk" in many scenes in Harry Potter.
We didn't notice before, but now we want to go back and watch the tapes.
In a new interview with British magazine Heat (via Reuters), Daniel details his history with alcohol and how it affected his filming of Harry Potter.
"I have a very addictive personality. It was a problem. People with problems like that are very adept at hiding it. It was bad," he admits. "I don't want to go into details, but I drank a lot and it was daily – I mean nightly."
The 22-year-old actor made sure to clarify that he did not drink while on set of Harry Potter.
"I can honestly say I never drank at work on Harry Potter. I went into work still drunk, but I never drank at work," he explains. "I can point to many scenes where I'm just gone. Dead behind the eyes."
Well, he fooled us!
Speaking of "dead behind the eyes," Daniel's scary new movie, The Woman in Black, opens in theaters today.
