Although Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony recently decided to call their marriage quits, it doesn’t seem like the now ex-couple are on bad terms as they promoted their new series Q'Viva! together on Saturday in Pasadena, Calif., in great spirits.
“Anytime we work together, we have a great time,” Jennifer, now romantically linked to dancer Casper Smart, told reporters of hosting the talent series alongside her ex-husband at a TCA panel discussion today.
Announcing their decision to separate in July of last year, the American Idol judge “laughed with Marc on stage with no sense of awkwardness,” according to an eyewitness.
At one point, “Marc even reached over to look at and compliment Jennifer’s jewelry,” the source added.
Show producer Jamie King, who also participated in the panel, spoke to OK! after the preview about his working relationship with the duo, who have two young children together, Max and Emme.
“I mean, we’re friends right? I’ve known Jennifer since we were dancers together back in the day, and Marc and I made fast friends because of Jennifer,” Jamie gushed to OK!. “They’re amazing and really passionate about the project and that’s what matters most.”
Q’Viva!, or the Chosen in English, will showcase Jennifer and Marc traveling to Latin America in search of the best talent that they can find.
