It seems like Jessica Biel has it all — an amazing figure, stunningly good looks, a new movie coming out (Total Recall) and oh yeah she's getting married to Justin Timberlake.

So what's there to worry about when you're Jessica Biel? Aging! The 30-year-old star confessed to the Chicago Sun -Times she's nervous about getting older.

“Just to be brutally honest, I think I’m definitely afraid of the aging process,” she admits with a laugh. “Aging is a scary thing, especially when you’re a woman and dealing with everything that comes with it.”

When she reached her big milestone birthday, she didn't have a meltdown, but she did starting thinking about how she's not going to live forever.

“Well, when I turned 30, I thought, ‘Oh yeah, I’m going to die at some point!' It has come into my mind lately, although I’ve never really been afraid of death. The truth is I wasn’t really freaking out turning 30. I never had a complete wig-out moment. Honestly, I have never felt more youthful and more curious about life. I’ve been working a lot to find the best balance between work and life.”

And while she is working on finding that balance, one thing she hasn't worked on is her wedding. The actress said she hasn't done much to prepare for her big day.

[I've done] “Almost nothing! I’m just enjoying being engaged. I do feel like there is a lot of time and nothing needs to be rushed,” she said, adding, “Everyone tells me that being engaged is the really special moment."

Jessica is excited about tying the knot —still no word on when that will be, but for now she's just loving the process of getting married.

“Not that it gets bad when you get married! But being engaged is just absolutely amazing. You’re in this romantic, ahhhhh, breathless moment that I’m just trying to extend as long as possible.”

In the meantime, she is focusing on promoting her latest project Total Recall which she had to get in ridiculous shape for.

“I love the discipline of doing physical movies and pushing your body to an extreme,” she said. “The loving of it is also the hating of it. Five or six weeks into the diet and this absolutely crazy training regime which is brutal, you’re stronger and you have the utmost energy. You’re not having a cocktail at night. You’re keeping your body really clean and the toxins are gone."

You can see Jessica kick butt in Total Recall when the movie opens August 3.
