They say a picture is worth a thousand words and after Kristen Stewart was photographed in an intimate embrace with married filmmaker Rupert Sanders, many thought there was no coming back from that for her relationship with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.

But the movie star couple are said to have rekindled their romance and Robert is giving his lady love another chance.

RadarOnline reports that one of the main reasons for his forgiveness is that the brunette beauty has vowed that she never actually slept with the Snow White and the Huntsman director.

"Kristen and Rupert both told their respective partners that they didn't actually have sex," a source told the site.

"Kristen was absolutely steadfast that she only engaged in several make-out sessions with Rupert but never slept with him.

"Rob didn't believe her in the beginning but as time wore on he accepted her explanation. Kristen has given Rob passwords to her voicemail and e-mail account to prove she has nothing to hide and will do anything to get his trust back."

Just two months after "those" pictures came to light Kristen and Robert are said to be "spending time together in secret" and the actress has been all smiles during a recent trip to Paris as if relieved to have her man back.

It appeared that Kristen never gave up hope of reuniting with Robert and was often seen wearing various items of clothing belonging to the British hunk and told reporters, "We'll be fine" when asked how they will manage doing press for the upcoming promotional tour for Breaking Dawn: Part 2 later this fall.
