Lindsay Lohan already had a mishap after she was cuffed and taken into custody Wednesday for violating her probation. The 25-year-old actress was minutes late to her mandatory community service appointment at the morgue Thursday morning, but clarified the reason for her tardiness on Twitter.
"With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I've never been so happy to go to therapy!!!!" she Tweeted, adding, "Also, I'm sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner's office. Won't happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help."
Lindsay was found in violation of her probation Wednesday in court. After Judge Stephanie Sautner announced her ruling, LiLo was handcuffed, taken into custody and booked on $100,000 bail.
“There has been violation after violation,” Judge Sautner said to Lindsay in court, warning, “Probation is a gift, it’s not a right.”
LiLo is required to fulfill at least two eight hour days of community service at the L.A. morgue until her next hearing on November 2.
Lindsay has been defending her actions on Twitter, maintaing she has been following her required community service plan, stemming from her shoplifting conviction this summer.
"I just want it to be known, that just because I was not followed&photographed during the times I've gone to community service, does NOT mean that I wasn't following my obligations (by going) to the court." she Tweeted earlier this week.
Lindsay faces up to over a year in jail if found guilty next month. Do you think she is headed back to the slammer?
