"She has completed [her sentencing] short of a year," Judge Stephanie Sautner said in court today. "She has done everything that this court has asked of her."

Since November, Lindsay has completed more than 50 days of court-ordered janitorial duty at the Los Angeles county morgue and has attended 18 therapy sessions. So, Lindsay is no longer required to appear at the L.A. courthouse… that's if she heeds the warnings of Judge Sautner.

"You need to live your life in a more mature way," Sautner said. "Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work. I don't expect to see you again."

"I just want to say thank you for being fair," Lindsay told the judge. "It's opened a lot of doors for me, so I really appreciate it."

Now, Lindsay is required to serve informal probation until May 24, 2014 for her necklace theft case, but if she stays out of trouble and simply obeys the law for the next two years, she can avoid a 245-day jail sentence.

"It's not that hard [to stay out of trouble]," Sautner added. "I know it's hard when you have people following you all over the place, but that's the life you chose."
