The beautiful Pennsylvania farm home where Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson relocated their family in Marley and Me is on the market!
The Marley and Me house sits on a 16-acre lot and is listed for $1.25 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
John Ennis, an attorney, and Lisa Taylor Ennis, a fine-arts photographer, own the house, but have decided their ready to downsize now that their three kids are grown, the Daily Local newspaper reports.
Sounds like Jennifer and Owen’s characters in the future!
“People still come by to take pictures,” John said. “A whole load of kids and parents will jump out of the car and snap photos in front of Marley’s house. People are polite and discreet; they don’t want to meet us. They just want to see Marley’s house.”
The home was renovated and features five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, new Waterbury-designed kitchen, a new 50-year cedar shake roof and hardwood floors. The home also has a barn with six stalls.
And real estate agent Dick Gross is taking full advantage of the home’s celebrity status.
“Selling a house is like selling a piece of artwork,” Gross explained. “If the art or the house has good provenance — based on who owns or owned it, or what happened there — you do your client a disservice if you don’t take advantage of that.”
