The Backstreet Boy hit the stage in great spirits, donning astronaut gear, and belted out tunes from his latest solo album, as well as covers of U2's "With or Without You" and Rod Stewart's "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy," according to E! News

But it wasn't all fun and games. Later in the evening, Nick pulled out his guitar and quietly told the audience that he would be dedicating the next song to his late sister.

"I never thought I'd ever have to, but I'd like to dedicate this song to my sister," Nick said, choking up, according to E!. An emotional Nick sang his song "Falling Down," holding back tears as the crowd looked on.

Many are surprised that Nick would continue his tour after finding out about Leslie's death, which was reportedly caused by an overdose of prescription medications. But, the singer dedicated the tour to his sister and hopes that the "cathartic" experience of performing helps him push through this devastating and heartbreaking time in his life.
