Nicolette Sheridan and her lawsuit against Desperate Housewives will have another trial on September 10.
According to The Washington Post, a jury was deadlocked 8-4 in favor of the actress after last month's trial centering around the $6 million suit for wrongful termination. Nicolette's seeking punitive damages after her character was killed in an episode back in 2008.
Nicolette indicated she was written off the show due to a complaint the show's creator Marc Cherry hit her on the head during an argument. He said it was simply a tap on the head for artistic direction.
Nevertheless, L.A. Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Allen White indicated yesterday that a new trial date will be held in September.
