Adam Levine is ditching his reality competition days for scripted TV. The Maroon 5 frontman and coach on The Voice is reportedly in final negotiations to appear on season two of the hit FX series, American Horror Story.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Adam will be making his acting debut, playing "a contemporary character and half of the couple called 'The Lovers,'" on the show. Allegedly, the producers are so excited for Adam to be a part of their series that they're willing to work around his summer tour schedule.
Also set to return are season one favorities Jessica Lange, Zachary Quinto, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Lily Rabe. AHS's co-creator Ryan Murphy also teased that the storyline will be set on the East Coast in a "horror institution." Oooh, creepy!
