Sean Lowe and his Dancing With the Stars pro partner Peta Murgatroyd performed their best dance to date on Monday night's episode with an impressive Quickstep, making The Bachelor star very happy. But there's one aspect of the reality competition he's not so thrilled about—his weight loss.

"That’s the easiest way to get into my head," says Sean, when a reporter mentioned he's looking quite trim these days. "Yes, I have lost weight. But as a man who likes to work out I hate hearing that. But thank you for bringing that to my attention. I’m just kidding. We’re doing eight hours of cardio a day and I’m not working out so, yeah, I’m losing weight. But once this is all over I’ll get back in the gym and hopefully I’ll put it back on."

So how is his fiance Catherine Giudici responding to the newer, svelter Sean?

"She likes it," he says. "She does. She’s supportive no matter what I wear or what I look like. I think she’s really digging this velvet suit with the gold rhinestones (Sean's costume for Monday's performance). This is definitely coming out tonight."

All joking aside, Catherine has been a major support system for Sean during the weeks of grueling DWTS rehearsals, and while she usually takes her seat in the audience just prior to the show, she makes sure to leave him with words of encouragement.

"I don’t really talk to her right before I go on but she’ll meet with me in my trailer before we start the show," he says. "She always says, 'Good luck, honey, rooting for you,' and that kind of stuff. And no matter how poorly I danced, she always says I did a wonderful job."
