Jordan's twin sister, Jessica, came on the show to explain how Jordan's pregnancy impacted their relationship. Jessica revealed that she's the first in her family going to college and Jordan seems a bit jealous.

Jennifer Del Rio — Jennifer confirmed that she has a restraining order against her baby daddy, Josh. Her father came on the show and said he wished he had been more involved. Jennifer said she is now considering going on birth control.

Danielle Cunningham — Danielle's relationship with her baby daddy Jamie was described as "rocky," but when the show was originally filmed, they were together. Danielle's mother Casey, who was also a teen mom, came onto the show and apologized for not raising her daughter the right way.

Taylor Lumas — Taylor is still with Nathan despite all their arguing during their show. Their daughter Aubri had to have surgery to have a tumor removed from her lung, but she's doing well now. Taylor's mother, Debi, wanted her daughter to give up her baby for adoption, but she now loves Aubri and even babysits when Taylor is in school.

Cleondra said she doesn't have much time to spend with Mario because she works and goes to school.

Kayla Jackson — Kayla and Mike have broken up and Kayla now lives with her father instead of her mother. Kayla, who suffered an eating disorder, had heated arguments with her mother, Deb, who often spent much of her time with her boyfriend. Deb said she's sorry and could have done a better job to help her daughter. Mike said he misses the "cheerful girl he met and fell in love with" and Dr. Drew suggested that Kayla get her eating disorder in check.
