Alcohol Involved in Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's Domestic Dispute

With a 911 call from Brooke Mueller claiming abuse from her husband Charlie Sheen, the tables have now turned placing blame on the alleged victim according to TMZ, as sources confirm that Brooke was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accusation.
When given alcohol tests, Brooke came in at a whopping .13, while Charlie registered a .04, sources at TMZ report.
And to top it off, sources at TMZ also claim that when Brooke retold the story of what had happened to police officers, she admitted to being drunk when placing the 911 phone call.

Although Charlie originally claimed that he was only defending himself from his wife who tried to choke him according to Radar Online, the actor was arrested on charges of felony assault and sent to Pitkin County Prison in CO. on Friday morning.
Police say that they will continue investigating the case, TMZ reports.
