Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman is ready to bring it tonight during the semi-finals round of Dancing with the Stars. The gold medal winner will be dancing a rumba and an afrojazz number with pro partner Mark Ballas, and considering she has been the most improved all season, the pair promise their performance will be next level stuff.

"When you think of the show most of the time the people who win are the people who peak at the right time," says Mark. "I think she’s doing it. Every week there’s a huge, drastic improvement. If you watch the week one dance to the stuff she did last Monday, there’s no comparison. So I’m really happy with her progress and I think if we can continue to do this and knock out the afrojazz this week and if we make the final hopefully we can do a really great freestyle—something fun."

Aly, who plans on getting back to her gymnastics training after the show and a trip to Israel this summer, almost sounds surprised by how much she enjoys performing on Dancing each week.

"This whole experience has been so amazing," she admits. "I was thinking today this is the most fun I’ve ever had in my whole life.  It’s been absolutely amazing and just such a joy to work with everyone and just such a cool experience so I’m very, very happy to be here for another week."

Mark says Aly's true turning point during the season was their dance to "Titanium."

"I didn’t really know what to expect coming into the competition," says Aly. "I was very, very nervous so it’s been very fun and I’m definitely getting more comfortable and showing my personality."
