'American Idol' Winner Ruben Studdard Files For Divorce

Season two American Idol winner Ruben Studdard will be a single man yet again. He filed for divorce from his wife of three years, Surata Zuri McCants.

According to E! News, on the divorce petition Ruben indicated "irreconcilable differences." It sounds like maybe they just drafted since his publicist explained to the site, "Ruben and uri have gone their separate ways." Ruben and Surata dated for two years before they tied the knot in Birmingham, Ala.
