"It was among the more surreal things I have ever done," Anderson told Jimmy. "I still think I'm not sure I should have done it."

What did Anderson take away from the experience?

"They actually spray on muscles on people," the CNN anchor said with an astonished look on his face. "They contour muscle. They give you like an eight pack."
