Since Crystal Harris ended her engagement with Hugh Hefner last week, rumors have been raging that Hugh has already moved on with a new blonde bombshell — Anna Sophia Berglund. The 85-year-old Playboy mogul and Anna, 25, have been spotted on red carpets together and corresponding often on Twitter, fueling reports of a blossoming relationship between the two. But according to Crystal, they are not dating.
Thursday, Hugh Tweeted the following message about Anna, sparking more speculation about a romance between the two.
But Crystal was sure to squash the rumors. When asked by one of her Twitter followers if she and Hef were dating, she replied:
Last week, Crystal and Hugh announced their split, five days before their nuptials. The 25-year-old Playboy bunny was branded "Runaway Bride" on the July issue of the magazine, which was supposed to introduce her to the world as Mrs. Hefner.
Crystal told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show that she was having "second thoughts" for a while and wasn't "at peace" with herself.
“Hef’s lifestyle isn’t the most normal lifestyle,” Crystal said. “Multiple girls all around — it’s not the lifestyle I wanted.”
Anna was featured as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in January, and has also made cameos on The Girls Next Door and Holly's World and guest appearances on Hannah Montana and Desperate Housewives.
She certainly seems like Hef's type, but he still is in the process of moving past the Crystal heartbreak. Having Anna at his side must make it easier.
