Arnold Schwarzenegger Thanks Fans & Tweets Support for His Son

Although his Twitter account has been dormant for several weeks, Arnold Schwarzenegger took to the social media site to show support for his son, Chris, who was injured in a boogie boarding accident recently. Chris is recuperating from a collapsed lung, broken bones and broken ribs.

Arnold tweeted, "Thanks for all your support for Christopher. It means a lot to me & to him. He's doing much better & we'll have him back at full speed soon."

According to RadarOnline, both Arnold and Maria Shriver have been visiting Chris in the hospital. Just last week they issued a joint statement: “A few days ago our son Christopher suffered an accident at the beach. While it has been a very scary week, Christopher is surrounded by his family and friends. He is a brave boy and is expected to make a full recovery.”

Maybe it's a coincidence, maybe not, but he tweeted on the very same day his lawyer filed a revised version of his Response to Maria's divorce petition.What exactly does this mean, you ask? Arnold's original Response (a document required under California divorce law) asked that the court does not award spousal support or attorney fees to Maria. Well, the revision showed a change of tune and reversed both issues.
