As reported by TMZ, Rogelio Baena went on Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday night and insisted that up until a week ago Patty led him to believe the love child was actually his kid! He called the situation a "betrayal" but Patty's camp was all over it as soon as the show aired.

Her lawyer sent a letter to the executive producer indicating the show ran the interview without doing background research into the couple's history. In fact, the letter indicates her legal team can prove he was indeed aware he wasn't the father, mainly because he was out of the country when the boy was conceived.

The letter stated, "Thus, Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could not possibly have been the boys father." Plus, Patty's lawyer indicated he lived in Columbia until the show paid to fly him "to the States to lie on television for a six figure paycheck."

Enter lawsuit. Patty's lawyers told the show they believe she "has been outrageously defamed." They're seeking an apology and retraction as soon as possible or she'll take legal action against Entertainment Tonight.
