Cuba Gooding Jr. is a wanted man —wanted by the police that is for battery.
While in New Orleans shooting his new film The Butler, the story of a White House butler who served eight presidents over the course of 30 years and has an all star cast which includes Oprah Winfrey, Lenny Kravitz, Nicole Kidman, and Robin Williams just to name a few, Cuba has been accused of shoving a female bartender in a scuffle.

An arrest warrant has been issued and the Jerry Maguire star could be taken into custody any time, ET reports. The alleged incident took place early Tuesday morning at The Old Absinthe House on the infamous Bourbon Street and a rep for the Oscar winner confirmed to ET that he was at the bar, but gave no further comment.

According to reports, the 44-year-old got upset when others were trying to take his pic. The bartender asked him to leave the premises and that's when things took a turn for the worse.
