Ashlee Simpson celebrated Valentine's Day with her main squeeze Vincent Piazza, and the two looked as cozy as ever walking the red carpet and enjoying a private Band of Horses performance.

At the Samsung Galaxy Note launch in NYC last night, Ashlee and Vincent gladly talked about how happy they are together. "Valentine’s is fun," Ashlee said.

She also told OK! how great this week has been just hanging out with her man. "It’s nice, it’s been a great week." Vincent added, "I love when we get to spend time in New York together. It’s where I’m from so we always have a good time."

Since it's NYC fashion week, Ashlee told reporters how Vincent helps her out with clothing choices. She said, "He picked my dress out for the SAG Awards. I always ask him like ‘baby is this okay?’ ‘do you like this?’"

"I just comment on it. I try to make comedy on it," Vincent said.

The two also shared what their perfect date night would be, "Hang at home and cook!" Ashlee said smiling. "She’s my sous chef," Vincent lovingly added. "We improvise what we cook. So whether it’s fish or pasta or something, steaks."

"He’s amazing," she said. Getting the last word in Vincent said, "I'm lucky."
