After a month of speculation, a source confirmed that squeaky clean Bachelorette Emily Maynard was indeed cheating on Jef Holm. What's more? The other man in question is Oakland Raiders football star, Matt Leinart.

On Aug. 22, Jef's brother Mike revealed that Jef and Emily got into an explosive fight after he found inappropriate sexts on her phone. Both parties vehemently denied any altercation or infidelity, but then Jef's former flame, Kaylee Shepherd, confirmed the rumor.

"He said the story was 100 percent accurate," Kaylee told UsWeekly, also admitting she and Jef hooked up recently. "When she put her phone down, Jef picked it up and read through everything. . . Jef said, 'It was that pro football guy . . . She strung me along and was talking to another guy the whole time!'"

That "pro football guy" is no stranger to the limelight. Matt dated Hills alum Kristin Cavallari in 2008 and Paris Hilton in 2006.

"Jef said their relationship isn't what it seemed, it's basically for TV," Kaylee said. "He said, 'If I was happily engaged, I would never have texted you.'"

Meanwhile, Emily is keeping the charade up and told OK! on Sept. 6 that she's never been happier.

"I love being around Jef. He makes me feel so good about myself," she gushed. "Everything that I’ve wanted to have in a relationship — or didn’t even know existed in relationships — he gives me. It’s like having my best friend in the whole world to hang out with every day."
