It's Official: James Corden Will Replace Craig Ferguson on the Late Late Show!

America, get ready to have a great big old crush on James Corden. It's been confirmed that James will replace Craig Ferguson once he leaves the Late Late Show later this year. No start date or location for the show has been named yet, but he will likely take the reins in early 2015.

So who is this guy? He's a British actor, writer and comedian who is best known for the TV show Gavin and Stacey and has recently appeared in the film Begin Again with Keira Knightley and Mark Ruffalo. Plus, he also stars in Into The Woods with Meryl Streep and Anna Kendrick which hits theaters later this year. He's kind of a big deal in the UK and has got 4.37 million Twitter followers, a number that will only continue to rise with this news. While many people are upset that a woman was not named to this position, James was a seemingly unlikely choice as he is not well-known to American audiences. However, that won't be the case for much longer. He's like a cuddly teddy bear that's super charming and charismatic and will keep you up laughing way past your bedtime.
