Bobby Brown was arrested March 26 in L.A., and just yesterday he pleaded not guilty to three charges related to driving under the influence.
According to GossipCop, the former New Edition singer didn't appear in court but had his attorney enter the plea on his behalf. When arrested, Bobby's blood-alcohol content was allegedly 0.12, but through his lawyer he later stated that he was "innocent until proven guilty." He was also charged with driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08 and driving with a suspended license.
Bobby has been banned from drinking alcohol until a pretrial hearing on May 16. If he's convicted of these charges, Bobby could face up to a year in the slammer.
