Brad Pitt is fuming over the BP oil spill and revealed in Spike Lee‘s new documentary that he’d consider the death penalty for those responsible.
Spike’s new documentary, If God Is Willing and Da Creek Don’t Rise is a sequel to his 2006 film When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts about New Orleans.
During the four-hour film, Lee interviewed Brad who’s actively been involved with his Make It Right organization to help build homes after Hurricane Katrina and owns a home in New Orleans himself with Angelina Jolie.
The film premieres on HBO on Monday night, but a USA Today review revealed Brad’s take on the BP oil spill and those responsible.
“I was never for the death penalty before,” he says. “I am willing to look at it again.”
Spike originally had planned for the film to be positive, but felt he had to include the BP spill even though they had wrapped shooting two weeks before the spill occurred on April 20.
