Bret Michaels is Back & Ready To Rock!

It's almost unbelievable what Bret Michaels has been able to accomplish lately just getting over heart surgery he had last year, but he's back and ready to rock and roll!

Bret has joined a four Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series events in 2011, starting Sunday, March 27 at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Dallas Half Marathon, according to a press release.

The concerts will be benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Bret has been nothing but positive through all his health issues and has proved to the world that he is the true meaning of a rock star. Bret is pumped to be back and to be rocking out for such a great cause.

“The Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathons are a great time, they support tremendous causes and the crowd is pumped up from running,” said Bret, who recently headlined December’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series event in Las Vegas. “You can feel the energy and feel the love; everyone is bonded and united from the race. I’m really looking forward to performing and can’t wait to get out there and put on a great show.”
