A woman claimed that Marc had hit her with a broken bottle and held her captive in his limousine, but it seems her story didn't hold water, and will not move forward to take action against him.

A source tells OK! that the woman, Kathryn Redino, 24, changed her story quite a bit, which is why police did not move forward with the case. Her comments were marked unfounded.

"If I had to speculate, the woman was intoxicated and may have seen a payday in the future. She had fallen asleep in a car and when she came to she asked, 'Where are you going,' and they said 'Jersey' and she said, 'Let me out.' They said, 'We can't, we are in the Holland Tunnel.' I believe they met at a club."
