On Feb. 23, Casey was also taken to the hospital complaining of stomach pains.

While Casey was saved from elimination last night after performing Joe Cocker's version of the Beatles' "With a Little Help From My Friends," he could potentially be sent home if he is unable to perform next week.

But based on his Tweet, it sounds like Casey is on the road to recovery...we hope!
