Celine Dion and husband René Angélil's Quebec mansion had some unwanted admirers earlier this week. An intruder was caught snooping around the Grammy winner's home.

The accused intruder made himself comfortable in Celine's home and reportedly poured himself a bath.

Celine, René and their twins were out of town at the time of the break-in.

"He opened the water faucets, was pouring a nice warmish bath and he even managed to eat some pastry that was in the fridge," police spokesman Franco Di Genova told the Canadian press, via E! News, of the suspect, 36-year-old Daniel Bedard.

The intruder accessed the house by using keys and a garage-door opener from one of René's cars, which was allegedly unlocked. Celine's alarm alerted officers, and the suspect was surprised when he was caught.

"The suspect was coming down the big staircase and was asking, 'Hey, guys what are you doing here?' " Di Genova added. "So the officers replied, 'What are you doing here?' and they proceeded to put him under arrest."

The intruder was arraigned Tuesday on charges of breaking and entering and is due back in court on Nov. 21.
