It looks like Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are getting the ball rolling on a possible divorce. The couple signed a 43-page agreement, indicating who receives what in the event of a divorce, and Brooke is putting her foot down.
According to the docs obtained by TMZ — and signed by both Charlie and Brooke — the couple will get joint legal custody of their twin boys, Max and Bob.
Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie has the boys on the weekends — getting the kids on the first, third and fifth weekends of the month from Saturday at 10 a.m. until Monday at 10 a.m.
As for child support, Brooke gets $55,000 a month — with additional other expenses — however, according to the docs, "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

Looks like Brooke has made it clear that she will not accept any less than Denise.
According to TMZ, Denise gets $50,000 a month in child support, which might be raised to $55,000.
How else are Brooke and Charlie dividing up their monetary possessions?
In addition to getting a 50 percent cut on the baby photos the couple sold to Getty Images, Brooke gets several bank accounts and a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70, TMZ reports.
Charlie gets the house for about $1 million and also gets to keep his $5.6 mil watch collection.
Both Brooke and Charlie agree not to disclose any information about the other's drug/alcohol dependency to the media in the document.
TMZ alos obtained divorce documents signed by Charlie but not filed in court citing "irreconcilable difference."
