Media is not allowed in the courtroom where a judge is currently presiding over Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller‘s custody case.
Judge Hank Goldberg prohibited media from being in the courtroom because of the sensitivity of the custody case where “questions of abuse” are to be discussed, TMZ reports.
The judge did not specify the type or severity of the abuse allegations, but made it a point to kick media out of the L.A. courtroom.
Both Charlie and Brooke are seeking sole custody of their two-year-old twin sons, Max and Bob.
Charlie’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, has offered to take temporary custody of the boys, and Brooke’s mom, Moira, also feels she should be their guardian.
Charlie brought his sole goddess — Natalie Kenly — with him to the custody showdown and Brooke, who is allegedly fresh out of rehab, showed up looking “put together. ”
They are still in court. Stay tuned.
