As Ashton Kutcher's replacement of Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men is in full force, the 45-year-old actor may be getting a new show of his own.

Charlie is allegedly negotiating a "big offer" for a new TV series, sources told TMZ, and the show may debut as early as January 2012.

The sources add that Charlie's rep are in "deep negotiations" for the new show, and an announcement may be made by the end of this week.
