Charlie Sheen‘s live show, “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Show,” sold out in minutes and the actor doesn’t only want you to come and watch him on stage, but also purchase his merchandise. Charlie has been promoting his latest endeavors heavily on Twitter, but he has teamed up with a great cause. A portion of his tour ticket sales will be donated to help the current devastation in tsunami/earthquake ravaged Japan.
On his recently-created Sheen’s Korner Website it states: “Charlie will be donating One Dollar from each ticket to: “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Show” LIVE to the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund.”
Reportedly, his shows in Detroit and Chicago sold out in just 18 minutes and tickets cost between $35 and $75.
Tour organizers are looking to add more dates this week that may even include Europe and Australia! ”Madison Square Garden is trying to book a date,” a source told E! Online. “That’s not the ideal venue size, but Charlie is open to it.”
It’s great to see Charlie using his new found super-stardom and teaming up with a great cause.
The actor is also selling his merchandise, which included “Duh, Winning” T-Shirts.
He had some help with his goddess Natalie Kenly modeling the new swag.
“#FASTBALL “Eat your hearts out; literally! Now go buy it.” Charlie Tweeted including the picture below!
