Charlie Sheen is set to head to court tomorrow to fight Brooke Mueller for custody of their two sons..

According to TMZ sources, Charlie's lawyer gave Brooke's attorneys notice that they will ask a judge on Tuesday to undo the restraining order that prohibits the actor from seeing his sons.
TMZ also reports that settlement negotiations between Charlie and Brooke were prolonged this weekend. One reason being that Brooke wants there to be a monitor present when Charlie has the children.
Another reported factor was that Brooke wanted to make sure the "goddesses" are unable to exercise parental responsibilities.

Now the former couple will need the help of court to get custody settled.
