Charlie Sheen may be suing producer Chuck Lorre and Warner Brothers for over $100 million, but he still wants his job back as Charlie Harper on Two and a Half Men and no one has said no yet.

"There've been discussions, but I was asked not to divulge anything," Charlie revealed during a radio interview with Boston sports station WBZ-FM Monday night, via TV Guide. "Of course I want my job back."

"Had they told me at the end of season eight that that behavior wasn't going to be cool, I would have adjusted it,"  Charlie added.

But Charlie is a bit pissed that he is not getting syndication profits at this time.

"I'm supposed to, but that's — what's the term? Being withheld," he said.

Charlie is currently busy on his "My Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour, which brought him to Boston.

According to Radar Online, Charlie received "poor crowd reactions and even worse reviews" on the eighth stop of his live show, even with the help from Jersey Shore's finest, DJ Pauly D.
