Chris Brown may not be in any legal trouble after his Good Morning America meltdown yesterday. Reportedly, ABC will not press charges against the 22-year-old singer, who allegedly had an outburst after an interview with Robin Roberts, smashing a window in a fit of rage.

The NYPD will not investigate the incident, because there "is no complaining victim," law enforcement sources told TMZ.

Chris is currently on probation for the a February 2009 assault case where he attacked his then-girlfriend Rihanna. He was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community service and just recently a judge lessened the extent of the restraining order against him.

According to TMZ, the judge will not find Chris' in violation of his probation unless New York prosecutes him, which they most likely will not.

Cops are well aware of the broken window, but as of now it is not known if Chris is the culprit.

This morning Robin addressed the issue, extending an invitation for Chris to come back on the show.

“Any time we have a guest, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter and the topics. And even right before the interview I let him know,” she explained. “I was shocked like everyone else, because we’ve had a wonderful relationship. I’ve been to his home, he’s very gracious, and we’ve had easy conversation.”

And Robin even said that she “thought he was joking about some things” during the interview.

“We’ve extended an invitation,” Robin said. “We’d love to have him back. He’s seriously considering that.”
