Let's reminisce, shall we? Strolling down memory lane back to mid-June, Chris Brown and Drake got into a huge bar fight in NYC.

Well, fast forward to mid-August: Entertainment Enterprises, the company that owns W.i.P. (the club where the stars duked it out), is suing them to the tune of $16 million!

According to GossipCop, a lawsuit was filed in New York and noted their entourages “fashioned deadly weapons out of whatever materials they could find” including “shattering the handles of bottles of spirits to use as makeshift knives, and even throwing full bottles at each other.”

Court papers indicated the "violent brawl on a massive scale" broke out and included a ton of "flying grass shrapnel."

The suit added, “Terrorized patrons ran for cover using banquettes and tables as improvised shields. Most were unable to protect themselves,” including several patrons who were “severely injured, including at least one celebrity.”

In addition to the $16 million, Entertainment Enterprises seeks damages from Chris and Drake for "gross negligence,” “ultrahazardous activity” and “intentional illegal acts.” It sounds like the club had a $4 million licensing deal in the works but thanks to the fight and negative publicity associated with their club and the fight, the deal soured. Plus, the club ended up shutting down so that probably didn't help the licensing deal either.

The suit also indicated the performers "should have foreseen that their notoriety and celebrity would ensure that their acts had far-reaching and devastating effects.”
