Chris Brown and his publicist have made the decision to part. Was the 22-year-old singer dumped because of his violent outburst on Good Morning America this week?

Reasons for the separation are unknown, but allegedly the split was amicable.

In a fit of rage, he reportedly broke his dressing room window with a chair. Chris has not been charged with vandalism and has since been invited back to ABC's early morning program.

He also issued an apology yesterday, explaining he was sorry for the way he acted, but was also deeply affected by the interview questions, thinking they were only going to be focused on his album F.A.M.E.

“I felt like they told us this just so they could get us on the show to exploit me. That’s what I thought. So I kind took it very, very hard. And I kept my composure throughout the interview, although you could see me upset, you know. I kept my composure and did my performances, and when I got back, I just let off, like, steam in the back … I just had to release the anger that I had inside me because I felt like I worked so hard for this music.”
