Christina Aguilera Opens Up About Super Bowl Fumble

More than two months have passed since the Super Bowl and Christina Aguilera is finally opening up about her infamous "Star Spangled Banner" blunder by telling Ellen DeGeneres, "I took in the moment a little bit too much."

According to PopEater, Christina appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show which will air today. The Burlesque star mentioned she's actually been singing the national anthem since she was about seven or eight years old, so she took in the moment and got lost in the song.

She explained, "Shoot me for appreciating the moment but here I am at the Super Bowl...singing for a team and in front of the world. And remembering what it was like to be that young and look where I made it now."

So yeah, Christina realized she messed up the song but she also knows the only way to move on is to let it go and simply get over it.
