Despite a growing baby bump, the show must go on! The bump in this case belongs to Holly Madison, and the show is Peepshow, a live act onstage in Las Vegas, which wil forge ahead without its star for a bit.

Coco Austin is going to temporarily step in, per E! News. She Tweeted, "The news is...I'll be taking Holly Madison's place headlining for the sexiest show in Vegas at Planet Hollywood's Casino called 'Peepshow.'"

Although Coco won't take the stage until early December, Holly's departure is planned for October 21. In the meantime, other cast members will take the lead.
