Lea received the devastating news via phone call late Saturday night according to USWeekly, approximately ten hours after the actor's lifeless body had been discovered in his Vancouver hotel room.

"Lea completely lost her mind," a source says. "She went crazy, screaming and crying until 3 a.m. Lea has been inconsolable and feels like she's been hit by a truck. She didn't know he'd started using again."

As OKMagazine previously reported, Cory's body was cremated Tuesday after a private viewing by his mother, brother and Lea.
