It's always nice when friends become lovers, but we also love it when lovers become friends! And that seems to be the case for Courteney Cox and David Arquette. The duo celebrated Courteney's 48th birthday together with lunch in Malibu, Calif.

Although David officially filed for divorce from Courteney on June 12 (the couple had been separated since October 2010), it's clearer than ever that these two still have a ton of love and respect for one another — which is especially awesome because they have an 8-year-old daughter, Coco.
